Private Mat Session (55 minutes) — $95
These sessions use your body weight, gravity, and thoughtfully chosen props to build strength, control, and precision.
Private Apparatus Session (55 minutes) — $115
These sessions utilize the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Spine Corrector. This equipment uses spring-based resistance to provide both support and a challenge for a full-body workout.
Levels of Practice
Beginner
Building the foundation. You will learn proper breathing, alignment, and how to safely set up and use the apparatus, with a focus on foundational, supported movements.
Intermediate
Increasing the challenge. We introduce more complex exercises and focus more on the "flow"—the seamless transitions between movements that build stamina and deeper concentration.
Advanced
The full expression of the work. These sessions integrate more complex, dynamic movement requiring higher levels of strength, balance, coordination, and full-body control.
